At Balay Isabel Bed and Breakfast, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness while protecting our commitment to providing a quality stay for all guests.
- Standard Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be charged 20% of the total booking fee.
- Early Departures: If guests leave earlier than scheduled, refunds will be provided only for unused nights, subject to our refund policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method. Certain conditions apply:
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Promotional rates, peak season reservations, and last-minute deals may be non-refundable.
- Group Bookings & Special Events: Deposits for group reservations or events may be partially refundable based on terms agreed upon at booking.
- Force Majeure: If cancellations result from unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer flexible rebooking options instead of refunds.
Modification of Reservations
Guests can request date changes subject to availability. Rate differences may apply if rescheduled dates fall within a higher-priced season or special event period.

Property Damage & Missing Items Policy
To ensure the quality and safety of our accommodations, guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and hotel property.
- Damage to Property: Guests will be charged the full cost of repairs or replacements for any damaged furniture, appliances, linens, or other hotel items.
- Missing Items: Any missing items, including towels, robes, electronic devices, keys or decorative pieces, will be charged to the guest’s registered payment method at replacement value.
- Room Inspection: Upon checkout, our staff will conduct an inspection of the room. If damage or missing items are discovered, charges will be applied accordingly.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. The deposit will be returned upon checkout if no damages or missing items are reported.
