- Step 1: After submitting your booking reservation, please settle the required downpayment as indicated in your room details.
- Step 2: Take a clear screenshot or photo of your proof of payment.
- Step 3: Send the screenshot by replying to your booking confirmation email, or directly email it to balayisabel8@gmail.com. If you're not replying to the confirmation email, be sure to include your full name, reservation dates, and contact number for verification.
